Wise Food

I believe that all pure whole foods are inherently good. Moderate and mindful enjoyment of food is one of the fundamental keys to a properly functioning microbiome. Sustainably cultivated, unadulterated foods that are properly prepared can single-handedly produce perfect health, provided that the frame, mind, and emotions are sound.

I show you how to discern the highest quality ingredients and how to properly prepare them for consumption. This practice is now vital since the industrialization of our food supply (over the past 100 years or so) has drastically impacted the quality and composition of food that is currently available to us.

I place a strong emphasis on each person’s unique constitution and individual eating psychology or who they are as eaters. I understand and respect that we all have unique and varied physiological and psychological dietary needs that can shift with the seasons of our life.  That is why I am dedicated to recreating any dish into a healing meal using the highest quality ingredients.  Organic staples include:

I possess a discriminating standard for ingredient selection.  I only use pure fresh, organic food sourced from local or American companies/farmers that have sustainable practices.  I am dedicated to ensuring that none of the products I use are in any way affiliated with Monsanto, GMA (Grocery Manufacturers Association),  or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries.
